A leading NHS Trust delivering children’s services needed to replace legacy tools used for managing patient records. These existing systems were inflexible, difficult to maintain, and unable to meet the evolving needs of front-line clinical teams. The Trust required a secure, mobile-capable solution that could support modern workflows and integrate with national NHS infrastructure.

Collaborating closely with clinicians, digital leads, and Trust IT specialists, we developed a low-code electronic patient records platform tailored to the specific needs of children’s services. The system was designed to operate within NHS networks and to support secure, real-time access from both mobile and desktop devices.
