Natrox Wound Care, a global leader in oxygen-based wound therapy, approached our team to create a secure, scalable digital solution for tracking product usage and improving communication between clinicians and internal teams. We developed a multi-role digital portal for use by clinicians, distributors, and internal Natrox teams. Administrators gain access to data dashboards, usage reports, and case-by-case overviews, making it easy to track product usage across territories, identify support needs, and analyse therapy outcomes. With support for both mobile and desktop access, the system is now a cornerstone of Natrox’s engagement strategy with their international clinical community.

The solution is now being expanded to incorporate AI-driven insights, with predictive healing models to help clinicians assess wound progression and likely outcomes. Sales and clinical teams will also benefit from advanced analytics to support strategic decision-making and proactive customer support.
