Aston Martin Lagonda, the iconic British luxury sports car manufacturer, worked with our team to enhance the design verification and testing processes for their upcoming vehicle range. Based at their development centres in the UK, we updated standardised test and verification protocols. These protocols were transformed into a suite of interconnected applications that integrated seamlessly with Aston Martin’s product lifecycle management systems. This integration enabled efficient data exchange between systems and facilitated the collection of real-time data directly from test vehicles. 

The implemented software platform became an integral component of Aston Martin’s vehicle development process. It allowed for the creation of bespoke test libraries and validation modules tailored to each new model. Engineering service teams supported the deployment and utilisation of the software across the organisation. 

As a result, the system has been successfully deployed across the initial range of new vehicles, encompassing thousands of tests and representing millions of pounds in investment. The platform’s capabilities have significantly condensed development timescales, leading to transformative improvements in product quality and cost-efficiency.
