Victorian Sliders - the UK’s largest manufacturer of energy-efficient uPVC sash windows - needed to improve the speed and reliability of its sales order processing across the business. While the ERP system captured orders centrally, the company operated multiple Sage finance systems aligned to different regional sales and order management teams. Each region required data in slightly different formats, with its own rules, codes, and workflows.
This meant orders had to be manually exported, transformed, and re-entered into the correct Sage system, creating duplicated effort, delays, and the potential for inconsistent financial data. The business needed a dependable integration that could route, validate, and process orders into the right Sage environment automatically - without adding complexity for staff.
