Challenge
Natrox needed a unified way to understand how its oxygen therapy products performed across different patient conditions, wound types, and clinical environments worldwide. Trial data, wound measurements, assessments, and product-usage information were scattered across spreadsheets, partner systems, and local files, making comparison slow and inconsistent.
This fragmentation prevented meaningful trend analysis, outcome correlation, or accurate evaluation of therapy effectiveness. Global sales and clinical teams lacked a single source of truth, and Natrox could not progress towards predictive modelling, automated reporting, or real-time evidence generation to support clinicians and commercial teams.
Solution
We built a modern cloud-based data platform and global portal that consolidates anonymised patient, treatment, assessment, and measurement data into one structured environment. The platform ingests datasets from clinics and distributors worldwide, standardises them, and enriches them through API integrations with other clinical and operational systems.
Role-based access allows clinical, operational, and sales teams across regions to explore the data through intuitive dashboards, automated reports, and visualisations. Advanced analytics tools support correlation studies, outcome comparisons, and modelling of healing trajectories.
To accelerate insight generation, the platform includes AI-driven data interrogation, enabling users to ask natural-language questions (“Which patient profiles show the fastest healing?”, “How does therapy effectiveness differ for diabetic vs non-diabetic cases?”) and receive immediate, data-backed answers.
Impact
Natrox now operates with a single global view of product performance and patient outcomes, replacing manual spreadsheets with a robust, scalable data foundation. Automated reporting and dashboards provide real-time visibility of trends, while AI-driven analysis gives teams the ability to interrogate data instantly without specialist analytics skills.
This has improved evidence generation, enhanced clinical and commercial decision-making, and enabled clearer communication of therapy effectiveness to partners and clinicians.
